Comet McNaught Visible in Northern Hemisphere
January 9 - 12, 2007
The comet is extraordinarily bright and beautiful — be sure to catch it while you can! Locate it on the evenings of January 9–12. (See diagram below.)
The comet will be behind the Sun after January 12, 2007. It will be visible again from January 18 through January 20, 2007 only to Southern Hemisphere observers.
