Description: I saw 3 bright yellow lights all in a row. They were stationary and appeared to be low in the sky compared to the altitude of planes. The lights were visible for approximately 20 seconds and then dissipated one by one. Following the sighting there were 3 or 4, maybe more, small very fasting moving lights that had a sound of a very loud jet. The sound was delayed by the time I heard it. These lights were able to maneuver tight turns and were faster than any jet I have seen. They had only one blinking white light. My sighting occurred today around 7 PM.

I would very much like to get in contact with you about this. Tonight, just one day after what you posted, my fiance and I saw something almost identical, and we live in Blanchester which is not far from Hillsboro. We saw it at about 8:30 tonight, three large red lights in a horizontal line, and a little off to the left were two more. They appeared out of nowhere in the pitch black sky, and then seemed to disappear only to reappear in the same spot briefly for a few seconds. We drove further down Woodville road and pulled into the turn off at the hunting preserve, where we looked to the north and saw the 2nd phenomenon you described. It looked like a group of small plane lights bunched together, almost too close to be planes at all. They were a considerable distance from where we saw the first set of lights. I am very intrigued to speak with you. Thank you.

By the way, I only found this site by googling the description for what I saw, so it’s amazing that we had the same thing happen within one day of each other and we are only a few miles apart.
