Description: I was sitting on my Lido Lanai last night around sunset (it was not pitch black yet) when a series of four (4) flying objects came into view, one and then another. Did anyone else report seeing these objects? If so, do you know what these objects might have been? Here’s what happened: The first object came into view from the south out over the Gulf. It appeared to be a small red light similar to a jet. The difference was there were no other colored lights as a jet would have, the light did not blink and it remained relatively constant. The shape of the object seemed round V long as a jet would appear. The object proceeded across the sky to a point in front of Siesta Key. At this point a second red light appeared in the south sky, the same as the first. Back to the first: Once the first object was out in front of Siesta it stopped and began slowly going straight up. It continued until it went out of view. (It went into the clouds.) The second object did the same thing as the first object. At this point I called to my wife to come see this. She was a flight attendant and has good recognition skills of object in the sky. She agreed, this was different than typical jets, and was strange. An additional third and fourth object of the same description did the same things, coming visible in the south sky, proceeding north then rising into the clouds. Call me crazy, but I am curious as to whether anyone else saw and reported these objects. Thanks for your time.
