Security Camera Photo Showing Unknown Object & Background Lights.

Description: I checked our security camera and this is what I saw. It flew extremely fast. This is a tamper proof photo. Is it a bug of some kind?
Additional Information Supplied by Witness: The white spot on the fence is a reflector to let us know when the gate is opened. The other white spots are lights in the darkness. The image that I wonder about is the one on the left hand bottom. It could sure zip around fast. We sometimes see orbs on that camera also. (see attached jpeg). Maybe you can see the fence better.
Note: Not enough details are known to say anything definitive about this sighting. Security cameras and game cameras do occasionally detect strange phenomena.
Security cameras are notoriously poor in quality including the lens. I would guess that the object(s) appear to move because they are a reflection of auto headlights or other common light source. In this photo the light indeed appears to have two lighted points, just like headlights, with a “smearing” light between, possibly indicating movement. I suspect someone used this driveway to turn a car around.
