Listen to Witness Recorded Report (YouTube):

Description: The witness called and left a voice-mail message with his sighting right after it happened. He and his girlfriend were outside looking for the International Space Station (ISS). They at once noticed an object (not quite as bright as the ISS) approaching the ISS on a collision trajectory. The object then stopped and vanished. Then the object appeared, brightened and began moving in backward from whence it came (at a 45 degree angle to the original trajectory). The object then dimmed and vanished. A local news station said that several locals saw it and the conclusion of the news station was that the object was a Soviet Rocket Booster.

Note: A check of predictions for satellite positions shows that no other bright satellites were in the area of the ISS on Aug 2, 2015. Also the reversal of direction observed by the witnesses would rule out a satellite or rocket booster. The rocket booster explanation is ludicrous.

Note to Commenters: If you are reporting a sighting, be sure to include the location (city, state, country), date and time of your sighting. Be detailed in your description. You may also use our report form to report your sighting. Comments will be published if they are in "good taste" and not inflammatory.

Everyone knows that NASA keeps the space station in it’s sights every minute so they recorded whatever this was that was following the station, but they won’t ever admit it even with plenty of witnesses down on the ground along with telescopes.
