Description: The lights start appearing at dusk. They are round lights that come up very slowly. The lights are big, bright and white that are spinning like a top. When I use my binoculers, I can see green, red and blue lights inside the large hovering white lights. Sometimes there are about sixty or so lights. They look like stars, but they arenot. They seem to be moving up and down, side to side.
