Description: The witness called and reported his sighting about 4 years after it occurred. He said that he had reported it to another UFO group before, but received no feedback. He was driving home at 12:03 AM. He thought it unusual that few cars were on the road (much less than normal). Immediately over a gas station he saw a huge triangular object hovering over a gas station. The object had bright white lights on the corners and a red light in the middle. The color of the object was described as a “mattish metallic.” As he continued south the object started “pacing him.” He became quite frightened at the time. Also the object was pointed towards the east and appeared to be moving sideways. He heard no sound. By the time he arrived home he couldn’t see the object. He tried to take a photo with his cell phone near the gas station, but his phone wouldn’t turn on. WHEN HE TURNED HIS CAR OFF THE LIGHTS WOULD NOT TURN OFF. ALL OF THE LIGHTS ON HIS DASHBOARD REMAINED ON. HE HAD A 2003 MERCURY MOUNTAINEER WHICH WAS IN GOOD REPAIR. THE LIGHTS NEVER WOULD TURN OFF AND HE HAD TO JUMP HIS VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE TAKING IT TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER SAID THAT THE CIRCUITS ON HIS CAR WERE “FRIED.” ALSO HIS CELL PHONE WOULD NO LONGER WORK. HE TOOK IT TO THE STORE WHERE HE PURCHASED IT AND WAS TOLD IT “WAS FRIED.” HE HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW PHONE.
ON ARRIVING HOME THAT NIGHT HE TURNED ON TV AND TUNED INTO A HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. AS SOON AS HE TUNED TO THE CHANNEL ONE OF THE HOSTS STATED: SO, TIM, YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT YOU SAW A UFO? (HE FELT THAT THE MESSAGE WAS FOR HIM!)
Note: This is not the first case involving vehicle interference and electronic device problems in the vicinity of these large flying triangles. The witness said he would send a sketch. Updates will be posted.Note to Commenters: If you are reporting a sighting, be sure to include the location (city, state, country), date and time of your sighting. Be detailed in your description.
