Description: We were boating on Douglas Lake in Sevierville, Tennessee near the Douglas dam and hydroelectric plant and there were blue diamond shaped objects toward the sun and the landscape. I took a few pictures back to back, but was only able to look on my LED monitor on my HD camcorder as the sun was too bright to look at directly. I did not see the big diamond shape object while I took the picture because of the blinding sun, but I did see the blueish diamond shaped objects on the previous picture. I was stunned to see what appeared in the second picture. I would rather remain anonymous. I contrasted the picture to see if what I was looking at might be lighting/pixel artifact, but there seems to be a shadow and light bending around the object like any 3D object. I am not an expert, but I would like to know your opinion of what you think. Thank you.
Note: The diamond shape could be due to the shape of the camera aperture. Photos taken into the Sun can produce a variety of anomalies. The witness says that he saw some blue diamond shaped objects. The object (or anomaly) in the photo is probably not one of these objects.

Lens flare. Period.
