Description: This is the second time I have spotted this object in the same area. It is round in shape and it is very well above airline flight path because I have seen airplanes fly right under it. It seems like it is still so far away in the sky. It shines like a light bulb and it goes in and out of brightness. There are no clouds in the sky, it is 75 degrees farenheit. It flies around in a giant circle and it takes it about 30 to 40 minutes to so, returning to it’s starting point and then it appears to start hovering higher very slowly until it disappears into the atmosphere.
