Location of Sighting: Minnetonka, Minnesota
Date of Sighting: June 22, 2015
Time of Sighting: 10:40 PM CDT
Description: A man was laying in his pool watching the Aurora Borealis. He saw a very large soft glowing object moving from the SSE to the NNW. The object looked it was “encased in clouds” even though skies were completely clear. The object was white, ball shaped, opaque and about the size of a full moon. The witnessed earlier saw a satellite, but this object was much bigger than any satellite. The object was silent and was visible for about 5 minutes. The object was lost in the lighter skies to the north.
Note: A similar object was sighted in Newton Falls, Ohio at 11:45 PM EDT (10:45 PM CDT). It is likely that these two sightings are of the same object. Newton Falls is about 650 miles to the SE of Minnetonka. Therefore the object must have been very high and very large.Note to Commenters: If you are reporting a sighting, be sure to include the location (city, state, country), date and time of your sighting.
