Description: The witness called the morning after his sighting. He and his girl friend were looking at the sky and saw a “star-like” light moving towards the north. The light changed speeds, stopped and then disappeared. The light was visible for about 3 minutes. Skies were clear at the time of the sighting.
Note: A Russian Cosmos Satellite was quite bright and moved in the direction observed by the witnesses.
