Description: For the past several years, I along with family members, visitors and neighbors, have witnessed pulsating UFO’s that flash blue/green, red and white. Often there are several of these objects in the night sky, numbering between as few as 3, and at other times, as many as 7. They appear to be intentionally cloaking themselves as stars, but the difference is they hover, rather than remain stationary. On several occasions, I, and others have watched them dart from side to side, and more rarely, they have been seen to silently “drop” down to the mountainside that surrounds this isolated area. They make no sound and appear to be a little lower in altitude than the occasional commercial airline that passes overhead. When an airliner or private plane passes, the sound they generate is discernible, but not so with these “lights”.

I have witnessed them grow dimmer, then brighter. There has only been one daytime sighting, which was a large, white, cigar-shaped object. I have witnessed one close up late one evening. I had gone outside to check on the nightly activity of these strange lights (they can be seen on any clear night). That night there were 7 strobing, hovering lights, and I called to my son to join me on the porch to watch them. Not long afterwards, a very low-flying large UFO glided overhead. It may sound strange to call this UFO majestic, but it was to me—reminding me of a large bird, soaring quietly approximately 300 feet overhead. It was silent and appeared to be white in color, but I can’t be certain because of the blinding light it omitted, which flooded light to the ground. It’s size I would estimate to be half the size of a football field and cigar-shaped. My son took pictures of the object, which showed up on the viewer of his cell phone, but when we checked later the pictures he took showed nothing, but the night sky. I have heard that others have experienced the same malfunction of a camera or cell phone.

I would love to understand what these nightly objects are, but the closest I have come to an answer was when I discussed it with a UFO investigator, who asked if this area was rich in minerals, which it is. One of the largest garnet mines is close by, and from what I understand, there were once silver mines. The area also has plentiful water (the St. Joe) and it’s heavily populated with white-tail deer, elk, and there are many small-hold cattle ranchers in the area. It’s possible the resources and the isolation of this region is what draws them. I have researched the possibility of these objects being satellites, but satellites move with the rotation of the earth, and these objects don’t move. They only hover. Stationary satellites are rare and are widely dispersed, yet there are usually between 3 to 7 of these objects that can be viewed on any given night that isn’t overcast.

I would love to hear if anyone else has experienced something similar nearby.

We used to go to my Father-in-laws. He lived up Tyson Creek last place up the road. It must have been about 2002. It was about 3 PM and we were all standing side by side (my friend and his 5 year old, myself and my son he was about seven and my brother-in-law’s kids about seven and eight). Seemingly out of nowhere two hundred yards away there it was: A silver-ish cigar shaped shaped, jerky like movement and the tail end of it was fuzzy and you couldn’t focus on it. We saw it for about 20 to 30 seconds as it silently moved northwest about thirty miles per hour.

I never thought I would see one at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
