Time of Sighting: 9:30 PM PDT
Description: I saw six bright orange stars (lights) in a sort of constellation pattern — I was amazed the constellation was so bright, much less orange! I admired the pattern and brightness for about 30 seconds then was about to go in the house to get a relative to come look at the marvelous sight. Then I realized it was NOT a constellation or even stars — because they began to move! Each light left the pattern in single file heading to the right (north, I think). They moved very closely together — too close I thought for airplanes. Much quicker than the white airplane lights I could also see in the night sky. The last orange light seemed to linger. The first five, still bright and orange, got smaller and disappeared. The last moved more slowly and covered more territory staying larger and orange. Finally it, too, got smaller and disappeared.
