Description: The witness sent an email with two sightings that he chose to describe via diagrams (see drawing above).  This particular sighting does not fit any known conventional aircraft.

Investigator's Notes:  Little investigation of this sighting can be done because the witness doesn't remember the exact date.  This sighting is unusual considering its rotation and movement. Insufficient data exists to properly classify this sighting.
