Strange Elliptical Object Seen in Israel

Time of Sighting: 7 to 8 PM Local Time
Location of Sighting: Holon, Israel (Object Was Over Mediterranean Ocean)

Description: I encountered your site and must (!) ask about something I've seen very long time ago - about 13-15 years ago.

I believe I have seen an aircraft, in Israel, which I cannot match to any aircraft I've seen in my life..

It was elliptical somewhat, and had red lights around it that moved (Like a set of bulbs, that some shut down and some light up to give the effect of movement.) It was at night, but I could see it's general shape, darker than the sky at the moment (around the hour 7-8 at the evening.)

I can draw it as if I saw it yesterday - I will never forget what I saw.

It moved slowly in the sky though it was far away, and may have been quite fast. I couldn't hear any sound.

Also I saw it inside a city, from the side of the Mediterranean Sea.

Until now I can't tell if I actually saw an alien spaceship, or it was just something else!

I write to you in hope you could help me more..

I added a simple picture of what I've seen.

Please tell me if you have heard of something similar?

Second Report by Witness:
1. I can't remember the direction exactly, but I think it was toward Rishon Lezion.
2. It was somewhere between Holon, Rishon Lezion and Bat-Yam. I was at Holon at the time, but near Rishon Lezion. Those three cities are very close to each other.

Note: The witness has drawn a classic "flying saucer" object. Given the fact that the sighting occurred several years ago and that the exact date is unknown little investigation can be accomplished.
