Description (In Witness's Own Words): This occurred on a busy Houston street. I'm really hesitant about this, but I have to get it out. I was talking to a friend of mine, walking down the street, in mid-sentence he froze, everyone around me froze, a HUGE, spinning, multi-colored disc-shaped craft appeared suddenly over me, tilted downward at me, and retreated backwards as quickly as it appeared. This all lasted maybe 10-15 seconds, then everyone started to move and my friend finished his sentence. I was sure he had seen it (his eyes had been open). I stammered...unable to speak. I tried to tell him, I asked him "Did you?". I was VERY freaked out...when I told him what had happened. He looked like he thought I was joking, but then he saw my distress. I've told this to two psychiatrists and a doctor. I guess it's too much for anyone to believe. I better shut-up or people will question my mental health, but that's it.

Investigator's Notes: This is an incredible report considering that the witness still remembers the exact date after several years and has discussed his experience with medical professionals. Some UFO researchers have theorized that time slows up in the vicinity of UFOs. One book that discusses this theory at length is the book: Visitors From Time, by Marc Davenport.
