About 50 Miles ESE of the Twin Cities.

Description: I saw a large black triangular object. It had to be 100+ yards wide. It pretty much covered the entire town of Bay City Wisconsin. There were 4 of us in the car and this thing passed directly over us probably 100 to 150 ft. above us. It made no sound and all we could see was a definite black outline of it. It moved slowly over us to the east as we stopped dead in the middle of the road in disbelief. At the time we didn't say much about it because we figured people would think we were nuts and it's even hard to this day for me to comprehend what we saw. I don't remember the exact date, but the information is relative.

Note: Here is another triangular object sighting. We frequently see these type of reports. The identity of these triangles remains a mystery.
