Man Spots Large Strange Shaped Object

Description (In Witness's Own Words): Three of us witnessed what looked like an L shaped building about four stories high and three times as long again illuminated on all edges flying slowly and about 100 feet up joining the lights at the rear as it flew past. Over the heads of police women who did not notice what was happening above them.  I can only say they were balconies and luminous what looked like butterfly wings pulsing with light similar to things in film called "Abyss." A low humming noise was the only sound.  The object was block shaped with no wings.

Investigator's Notes: This sighting has just been received.  If the picture is accurate, this is a strange object and doesn't fit the characteristic shapes of UFOs (e.g. disk, sphere, triangle).  More information needs to be obtained before this sighting can be investigated.  I have emailed questions to the witness.  Any new information will be posted.
