Redmond, Washington Man Takes Photo of Strange Lights - August 10, 2003

The Above Photo was Taken at 9:51 PM P.D.T. at Unigard Park in Redmond, Washington (Note Moon in Lower Part of Photo).  UFO is the Red "Diamond-Shaped" Light in the Upper Right

Description: Ralph Meany is an ordinary guy who has had extraordinary experiences throughout his life.  He is an expert mechanic who works on race cars.  He specializes in the repair of Porsche automobiles.  Ralph has had frequent contacts with what I would call "higher" intelligences.  He says that these beings tell him to take photos and he takes his camera and starts "shooting the sky".  The above photo was taken near his home in Redmond, Washington on August 10, 2003.  Ralph frequently doesn't even see anything in the sky, but the anomalies appear in his photos.  One can see the bright moon on a clear western Washington night in the above photo.  The moon was nearly full.  A full moon was experienced two days later on August 12, 2003.  Some who have seen the photo say that the UFO was due to a street light.  I personally visited the site where Ralph took the photo and no streetlights are present.  (See my photo of the area.) 

Concluding Remarks:  Ralph has an album full of unusual photos that he has taken over the years.  His experiences are difficult to prove because he is generally alone when he takes the photos.  However, some witnesses have been present in some of his photo sessions.  I have not personally interviewed any of these witnesses.  I find Ralph to be believable and quite intelligent.  I plan to keep in touch with him and possibly interview other witnesses who have been present in his photo sessions.  New information will be released on this site as it is acquired.
