Description: I have attached what was witnessed over my home in Oshawa, Ontario in July or August of 2003. I noticed these round orbs, but the flying white rod was the kicker in capturing something not worldly. It looks like a DNA strand.

Comments: The video above does show what appears to be insects. It is difficult to explain the "DNA-like" strand object.
