Description: Witness stated that he took the video from his home west of Longview, Washington. He taped two lights one of which was moving and the other was stationary. (The stationary light only appears briefly in the video.) The light moved on straight northerly trajectory nearly horizontally. (It didn't rise nor fall.) The blurring and change of size in the video was due to the witness changing the zoom and focus of his camcorder. A Sony 560X Digital Camcorder was used. The witness stated that he has taken other videos of daytime unidentified objects. More of these videos may be acquired in the future.
Investigator's Notes: I am not sure what the witness taped. The object does not fit any conventional explanation like aircraft, meteor, balloon, etc. Perhaps with more information an identification could be made.
