Description (In Witness's Own Words): At the time I was in Orlando FL with my brother. We were looking at the sky when we saw an object. The object was round in shape with lights around it. It was flying about 10,000 to 15,000 feet in the sky so what I am saying is true and I myself do know this was a UFO. It is not the only time I have seen a UFO.

Investigator's Notes: This sighting cannot be investigated because the exact date is unknown and it occurred over two years ago. The witness seems convinced that he saw something unusual. His estimate of 10 to 15 thousand feet is probably not accurate assuming that he had no reference point (e.g. height of cloud base).
