Description (In Witness's Own Words): I Saw a large bright light with no blinking lights that looked like a plane. It was hovering over head then it just disappeared in an instant while I was looking right at it. My father also saw it and how it disappeared.

Investigator's Notes: Little can be said about this sighting given that I don't even know the date that it occurred. I have contacted the witness to obtain more details, but have not received a response. It is interesting that the witness remembers the exact time of the sighting, but not the date.
