Description:  Witness stated that he was taking videos along the beach while vacationing along the gulf coast of Florida.  A few months later while editing videos to send to family he noticed a strange object only visible in slow motion.  (Note that the witness has inserted some slow playback in the editing of this video to show the "streaking object.") The object burst across the video field of view in three frames.  (This equates to 1/10 of a second given that the video speed is 30 frames/second.) He reported the sighting to me and at my request sent me the DVD containing the footage. He has taken other interesting footage.  (See other reports on this website.)

Investigator's Notes: I can't identify this streaking object that shows up in slow motion playback of the video.  I have seen other similar objects on slow playback.  This object is traveling very fast because it even shows time streaking in individual frames.  The witness had "zoomed out" when he was taping this footage meaning that the object moved across a larger field of view. (Versus "zoomed in" frames.)
