Description: Witness says that he regularly sees "flotillas" of flying triangles at varying times. 

Investigator's Notes: This case was reported in Spanish.  The witness has not responded to my follow-up questions whereby I asked for more details about the sighting.  The witness probably can't read English so additional responses are unlikely.  This case has insufficient information to conduct a proper investigation.
