Description: Witness reported that he saw two rapidly moving bright lights moving in a westerly direction. He said that the lights were much brighter than a star and blinked in synchronicity.  He said that a plane was flying towards the northwest and the lights were moving much faster than the plane.  He said that he regularly sees planes, satellites, and meteors and that these lights did not resemble anything conventional.  The witness reported no sound and no trail behind the lights.

Investigator's Notes:  The witness made a good brief report via voice-mail.  I had a follow-up telephone conversation with him. (A portion of the conversation is on the audio above.) Based on the information provided regular aircraft and meteors do not fit the description. There is a slight possibility that the witness could have seen iridium flare satellites, but it is doubtful if two satellites would be moving together.  Based on available information, I cannot identify this sighting.
