Description (In Witness's Own Words): This video was received through email attachment.  No details are known about the video.  The source of the video used my UFO report form to send the video. People can use the form without revealing any contact information (phone number, email address, etc) so I don't know who sent the video.  Any new information will be posted. If anyone has information about this video, please contact UFOs Northwest at wpuckett@ufosnw.com

Comments Received From One Reader: Dear UFOSNW, I have a theory. Use two black plastic bags. Insert an inexpensive helium party balloon into each bag. Tape bag openings together, but leave an opening for inflation, using leaf blower. Warm air, plus helium balloons, plus quickly taping the last hole will achieve lift within an hour. That is, once the entire device is expanded to optimal size in the sunshine and released. Once aloft, the internal balloons may shift to one end. As well, deflation may result from leakage at any point in time. Seems quite innocent, or quite devious, depending on who did what, and for what purpose. My opinion, of course. Thank you.

Investigator's Notes: Given that whomever took this video has not supplied any contact information, I have to strongly consider the video to be a hoax. It looks somewhat convincing, but could have been easily hoaxed.  (See comments received from one reader above.)
