Man Claims That Force Emanating From Object Made Him Sick

Description (In Witness's Own Words):  I heard a loud sound that resembled a plane descending or a loud turbine that was winding down. I looked out of the window and saw a horizontal line of light. When the sound ended, I felt a force come through my window as well as a sort thud outside in the far distance. When the force came through my window, I immediately tasted a horrible taste in my mouth, I felt the moisture leaving from my neck and mouth and I soon was unable to develop saliva. My heart rate and blood pressure shot up and my pupils dilated to 9. I thought Chicago had been hit by a nuclear weapon or that my building had experienced a powerful power surge; neither of these 2 things happened. Please advise
