Description (In Witness's Own Words): As I explained during our phone conversation this 21 September 2005. I have , as well as my mother, observed another strange sighting, in the Ottawa area, once again over the Ottawa International Airport. I said I would do a written follow up report to the verbal one given to you, so here it is. I do hope I have not omitted any details and if I have forgotten something it is not intentional. Around 12:15 am, my mom and dad as well as myself were sitting in the living room, watching CNN and the updates that were happening with the new hurricane and the New Orleans area. We have satellite TV and suddenly it went off and the message " Signal Interruption Please Stand By" came on. We were not alarmed since this has happened before but usually only during severe weather. At the same time, the lights dimmed and my nephews battery operated toys began to start up and move about by themselves. This was a little strange since we had turned them off maybe an hour or so before and put them away. My mother and myself thought that maybe we had not turned them off and that is why they were moving. But when we picked them up we noticed that they were turned off. ( they types of toys were : a Thomas The Tank Engine remote controlled train, a large crane, a police car, and some other small gizmos) as well several car alarms could be heard going off in the neighborhood. Plus we have a pet Cocktail bird and she began to fly around her cage and squawk. I thought maybe a fly was in the cage but noticed that there were no insects around her. At this point my father went up to bed and my mom and myself decided to have a cup of tea and a smoke on the back deck before retiring ourselves. It was a beautiful night out, with a slight breeze, clear sky with a full moon and you could see stars and what not. We were outside discussing the tape that I had sent you previously and my mom just happened to glance up at the moon, when she became startled and asked me to take a look at the sky and see if what she was looking at was really there. I glanced up and was startled to see 4 bright glowing objects in line abreast moving across the sky. I knew they were not aircraft as none fly at this time of night. You will remember from my last conversation that I told you this.

I immediately went into the house and grabbed my binoculars and began to observe them. I saw they were the same shape and glowing just like the one we had seen before. At this point I went into the house again ad grabbed the video camera and began to tape what I was seeing. From what I could tell, the objects appeared to be changing color from blue, green, orange and were moving around in erratic patterns. I tried to get as much film as possible and I hope that they tape can explain things much better they I can describe them in words. I will say that there has been a lot of air traffic activity around our area the last week or so. There have been numerous C-130 Hercules transport planes landing and taking off, to take supplies to out troops in Afghanistan, as well there was a missing girl from our neighborhood and there was an intensive police search underway the last few days. With 3 Helicopters and 2 Cessna type aircraft flying search patterns. As well we had Chinese Diplomats visiting the Prime Minister, so there was that air activity, plus there was an air show a week before about 30 minutes from Ottawa. I do hope that I have included enough information in this report for you. I know you spoke to both myself and my mom on the phone. Investigator's Notes: I interviewed both witnesses (man and his mother).  They both seem quite credible and sure of what they experienced.  This is a most interesting case because of the extensive electrical disturbances noted plus animal reactions. The witness also took about 15 minutes of video footage.  The above video is about a 35 second clip extracted from the several minutes of footage. The objects in the video show quite erratic movement. The witness was not jerking the camera in the above clip.  The movement was the actual movement of objects.  The witness said that the objects moved in a "zig-zag" like pattern.  This same witness submitted a previous report of a similar phenomenon.  He also took some video footage for this report.  You can read about this case and observe the video at this link.  This case will be updated if more information is received.
