Description: The witness left a voice-mail to report his sighting immediately after it happened. I subsequently interviewed the witness by phone.  He said that he and his friend were outside and heard a buzzing sound and felt "weird static electric effects."  They both saw a dark triangle flying slowly overhead.  The triangle had a red light at the front (apex of the triangle) and two green lights on the bottom.  The witness stated that the triangle drifted towards the trees, assumed a circular shape of bright yellow color, shot straight up, and disappeared.  No photos were taken.  The witness said that he sketched the object and will be mailing to me.  I will post the sketch upon receipt.

Investigator's Notes: Both of the witnesses are quite young (16), but the witness interviewed seemed quite credible and provided an accurate description of what he saw and experienced.  I have no explanation of what the witness saw.  It falls into one of the many triangular shaped object sightings that I have received.
