Man Sees Several Large Dark Objects Moving Erratically

Weather: Scattered Clouds at 15,000 Feet, Broken Clouds (Partly Cloudy) at 25,000 Feet. Visibility 10 Miles.

Description (In Witness's Own Words With Minor Edits): I was outside on my balcony when I noticed a huge dark object flying a great distance away. I couldn't make it out because it was so blurry so I figured it was just a cloud. Then I saw another one, this one still pretty far but it had more figure to it. This was rather odd to me since every cloud in the sky was moving at a slow pace. I kept looking around in the sky and in that same area, I saw about six more of these objects move the very same way. As I glances towards the northeast direction, I saw these 2 bright lights. I thought maybe they would be stars but considering the time of day it was, I didn't believe it. I stared longer and these two lights came closer and closer together until one of them just parted from the other very quickly till it vanished in the sky. I kept watching the other one and it looked like it was getting closer. So I looked back west to find more of the big objects flying and made out one. As I glanced back, the one that had seemed to be getting closer all of a sudden started towards another direction and went fast till it disappeared as well. I have no idea what this was, I could not make out any of these "aircrafts" but am very concerned. Is something going on that we, the public, don't know about?

Investigator's Notes: The witness provided a detailed report of what he saw. He also immediately responded to my questions regarding his sighting.  I don't know what the witness viewed.  Given that several objects were sighted I would expect that some other witnesses may come forward.  I will be monitoring other UFO web sites to see if similar reports were received in this area.
