Description (In Witness's Own Words): I was taking pictures of Jupiter with my dig camera, I had it on a tripod, as I downloaded pictures on my computer a UFO is photographed in one of the pictures. I had my eyes on the tripod/camera and not up in the sky, so I didn't see the craft just got the photo of it! The picture was taken in an automatic timer mode so that is why I wasn't holding the camera when shooting.

Investigator's Notes:  The picture taken by the witness is interesting.  However, more details need to be obtained before an analysis can be made of this photo.  The witness said that he was photographing Jupiter and that it is on the photo along with the object.  I am unable to find Jupiter (or any other celestial body) on the photo.  Jupiter is not supposed to be visible until after midnight according to November sky charts.  I also need to determine the amount of "zoom" (if any) used in the photo.  The photo was taken at night.  I lightened the photo with a software program to enhance the appearance of the object.  The software enhancement also revealed clouds.  It appears that the object was below the clouds.  Given current information I don't know what was photographed.  However, more information is necessary to complete this analysis.  I have written to the witness to obtain more information.
