Woman Sights Light Moving Erratically Over Burtonwood Airbase

Description (In Witness's Own Words): I know you may not believe me but I have a friend that is always telling about this strange thing in the sky she tells me one night when she came home she noticed this thing she says its like a star but not high enough up in the sky to be a star so on this night she got a pair of binoculars and looked up at this thing and it was shaking side to side and moving madly she went upstairs and rested her arms on the window ledge and it was still moving in the same way she says the thing looks like its over a place called Burtonwood airbase which is based in Warrington.

Investigator's Notes:  Investigation in progress.  This report is "second-hand" in that it was reported as told by the person who witnessed the event.  It is also not clear if the event actually happened on October 9, 2005 or at an earlier time.  I will be contacting the person who reported the encounter to get answers to these questions.
