Description (In Witness's Own Words): My husband, Daughter & I witnessed a what seems to be a UFO just North of the San Fernando Valley (in a Northeasterly direction). It was a cigar shaped object bright white. Today the skies are blue and very clear. It was hanging around for around 20 to 25 minutes then faded. It seems hard to believe what we saw. It was amazing. Please let me know if others seen the same thing. Thank you.

Investigator's Notes:  My first impression is that the witnesses could have sighted a blimp, but the fact that they saw the object "fade out" suggests that it likely wasn't a blimp.  This is a densely populated area so hopefully we will receive some additional reports. At this time I have no explanation for what the witnesses saw.
