Description (In Witness's Own Words):
I saw a dot in the sky. No condensation trails were present. I tried
to resolve image with binoculars, but it still appeared as a dot. It
moved rapidly from north to south, moving about 45 degrees in the
visual field in about 1 minute. It then stopped and held position
for about 5 minutes and then resumed movement to the south east.
Investigator's Notes: The witness did
not leave a phone number or email address so I cannot contact him
for more details. It is difficult to identify what he saw
given that the flying object was small to naked eye and through
binoculars.
