Description (In Witness's Own Words):  The bottom left are
trees ( and the middle bottom) is light from the light pole reflection. The pictures were taken In Altamonte Springs, Florida
(1097 Douglas Ave). When I left from work on 2/24/06 I noticed (4) rotating lights following me. The first time I noticed the lights were in December 2005. Out side of my apartment complete --- but did not take pictures at that time. The pictures were taken looking South toward Orlando.

Photo Analysis: These photos are just a "Halo" of a street light. The line follows a circular pattern that has the light at the exact center. The halo line imperfects in symmetry are due to the camera optics and the street light fixture not being a perfect circle. Slightly different camera angles will produce dramatic changes with halo effects. This accounts for the variance when comparing the three photos.

Investigator's Notes: I believe that the witness saw the rotating lights and that they performed maneuvers as so stated. However, I don't believe that the cell phone camera picked them up. There is also a good chance that the glare from the street light obscured the lights in that the cell phone camera may have focused on the glare of the street light. This is understandable considering that the glare of the street light was between the camera and the lights that  were observed.  The witness used a cell Team Mobile Cell phone camera to take the photos.  The resolution of the photos was 640 by 480 pixels.
