Description (In Witness's Own Words):
I saw a light much higher then a plane would travel, I can't give
you a latitude so I won't try but it was far higher then a plane
would travel but was in our atmosphere for certain. I have know Idea
what this was but as I came home from a local hangout in town I
parked my truck and as I stepped over the garden gnome in my yard I
Suddenly I saw a bright star. I quickly called my wife and cousins
over. We all agreed that it was the north star, however our
compasses and what was to happen next disagreed with us. The UFO
quickly moved in becoming larger, it was a lot higher then any plane
would travel, and soon after watching it slowly left our sight. The
light was white in the sky with a dim green outline.
Investigator's Notes: I originally
thought that the witnesses may have sighted a satellite, but the
time was too long after sunset for satellites to be visible.
The description does not sound like a meteor because the light was
moving too slow and was not leaving a trail. With limited
information I don't know what the witnesses saw. I haven't
been able to reach the primary witness to obtain more details.
