Location of Sighting: Beverly Hills, Florida (See Map)
Latitude: 28.9 Degrees North
Longitude: 82.45 Degrees West
Number of Witnesses: One
Weather: Few Clouds at 3,900 Feet, Few Clouds at 7,000 Feet, Overcast at 9,000 Feet. Visibility 10 Miles.

Description (In Witness's Own Words): I went outside for some air and saw something I had never seen before, so I went inside and grabbed my camera. I have a lot more interesting photos to show.

Second Report by Witness (In Response to My Questions): Thank you for responding. I am sending you more photos. Yes, the photo looks like what it looked like in the sky. As you can tell in the pictures the motion of the object/s were all over just as in some of the pictures, and it wasn't from me not holding the camera still. I propped my hands and camera against the metal railing in front of the house. In one of the pictures you can see where it went straight up into the sky at one point. I would say the length of time between pictures about 35 seconds to a minute. The weather was cool but pretty clear as said before. There is one picture that stands out the most with us is the picture that I believe is marked number 364 (picture number sixth in table above). It is a real photo as all of these are, but that one stood out the most. I would like to know what you think of these please. Thank you for your time.

Investigator's Notes: These photos are most interesting. The four photos above show mulitcolored lights in varying patterns. The streaking indicates motion of the lights. (This is especially true given that the witness said that he held the camera still by propping it against a metal railing.) The photos were taken about 35 seconds apart. The photos were taken with a Kodak Zoom Z650 Digital Camera. The only discrepancy in the report is that the weather at Ocala, Florida (closest location to Beverly Hills, Florida with hourly weather records) showed cloudy skies. The witness stated that the sky was "pretty clear." The weather could have been different in Beverly Hills given that it is about 30 miles southwest of Ocala. I originally thought that these lights could have been a reflection of commercial lights off of the overcast, but given that the witness said that the skies were mostly clear, this explanation wouldn't be valid. I consider these lights as unidentified.
