Description: The witness made the original report by phone. I subsequentially interviewed him again in about one week. After the original interview he sent me a DVD that contained several footages of rapid moving objects that he took while vacationing in Florida in late June and early July. He recounted that he saw nothing, but while going through the video tapes upon return from his vacation he noticed objects that would "zip" across the video screen. He thought these objects to be most unusual so therefore he reported his experience to me.
Investigator's Notes: The video taken at the above location is most unusual. Evidence is fairly strong that these objects are not insects or birds. The above object moved across the field of view in 1/3 second making nearly imperceptable to the human eye. The still photo above shows that the object likely passed behind the woman in the photo. According to the witness the woman was about 20 feet from him. Given this distance I calculated that the object would be traveling at 60 mph if it passed right by the woman. (The object could have been miles away making its speed at thousands of mph.) Given the computed speed if the object passed behind the woman makes it nearly impossible to have been an insect.) Also the object is not a rocket or missile given that no trail follows. More research on this case and other videos sent by the witness will be undertaken. Updates will be posted. |
