Description: This is one of several video clips that I have received from this witness. He took several vidoes in late June and early July of family while visiting the Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida areas. While editing the videos for distribution to family he noticed the strange objects move rapidly across the screen. He was able to see these objects when slowing the video. The above video clip was taken of sailboats. The object moves downward (towards sea) in the video. It appears (albeit not proven) that the sailboat is closer to the photographer than the sailboat.

Investigator's Notes: The video taken at the above location is most unusual. Evidence is fairly strong that these objects are not insects or birds. The objects likely are not conventional aircraft or missiles. (Missiles would not move this fast and would leave an exhaust trail.) The above object moved across the field of view in 1/5 second making nearly imperceptable to the human eye.
