Description (In Witness's Own Words): It was very small but it moved very fast. I thought it was a balloon but then the object changed color and shape. For a while it disappeared, like if it was invisible, but we saw it again. Let me know what it was.

Investigator's Notes: The blowup of the photo does not indicate anything conventional (bird, plane, insect, etc). I have written to the witness to obtain more information about the photo. The witness used an Olympus C 3000 Zoom digital camera to take the photos. This camera has a resolution of 3.3 megapixels. Any updates to this sighting will be posted.
