Description (In Witness's Own Words):
I observed 2 lights above a strange white cloud chase each other in
a circular formation for about 20 minutes. from time to time the
cloud they were behind would light up for a moment. There was also a
red flare like light from time to time. When the lights finally
disappeared, the cloud dissipated and the skies were clear.
Investigator's Notes: This is a strange
sighting given the characteristics of motion and the cloud. I
have no explanation for what the witness saw.
