Description (In Witness's Own
Words): I saw an Erratic
moving ball of light move side to side and up and down. It moved too
quickly to be a helicopter. It emitted sparks periodically.
Investigator's Notes: Little is known about this sighting given the brief report by the
witness. The description could possibly be a meteor, but the
movement suggests otherwise. Insufficient data exists to identify
