Man Sees Large Cigar Shaped Object With Windows Fly Over His Car

Weather: Few Clouds at 2,600 Feet. Broken Clouds at 3,100 Feet and Another Cloud Layer at 8,000 Feet.  Light Rain With 9 Miles Visibility.

Description (In Witness's Own Words):  I saw a cigar shaped object. Between 70 and 80 feet in length or so. The object had port hole like windows along the side, probably 15 or 20 of them. It was maybe 10 feet above the top of the telephone poles and went directly over the front top of my car. It made no noise and not only could I see it, I could feel it. It was aware of me some how. I can't explain it. I was not afraid.

Investigator's Notes: This is an interesting sighting considering that the object was sighted in the daytime and close to the witness.  More details are necessary to investigate this sighting.  I have written to the witness to obtain more details.  Any updates will be posted.
