Description (In Witness's Own Words):
The sighting location was in North East Edmonton and the object was
flying east to west. I was outside on a bench, looking up in the sky
at the stars. And I thought at first I saw shooting stars but the
lights were in a straight line. So I knew it was some kind of plane
or something. I had to draw it up on photoshop because it's hard to
explain. But the body was darker than the sky. And shaped like a
stealth bomber but like X5 bigger. The whole incident took place in
approximately 4 seconds from when it entered my sight; and
disappeared past the rooftops. No discernable noise could be heard.
What was a stealth doing flying over Edmonton?
Investigator's Notes: The object
drawn by the witness is in the shape of a stealth aircraft.
(The drawing that he provided shows a significant shape and
configuration difference from the SR-71 Blackbird.) The witness did not hear anything. He also thought
that the craft was much larger than a stealth aircraft. He
posed a good question in why would a stealth aircraft be flying low
over Edmonton? Perhaps this sighting would fit into the
category of a military aircraft, but no definite conclusions can be
made with limited information.
