Woman & Several Co-Workers Have Daytime Sighting of a Flying Triangle

Description (In Witness's Own Words):  I saw the object in South El Monte, CA on Rush St between Rosemead Blvd and Santa Anita. The object was of triangle shape with one side tapered like a bat wing. It made no sound at all. I thought it was a kite but when I got back to work, several other people saw it, and they saw it flying away.

Second Report Received From Witness: I decided just to attach the sketch to your email (see above). Someone said they thought it could be a top secret military airplane. I did some research on the internet and there is an aircraft that I found (only an artist rendition of it because its not built yet - supposedly) and its called the BLACK MANTA. If it was the Black Manta, and its top secret, and its not built yet, I don't understand why it would of been hovering over my head. Anyway, it made no sound or blew no wind around it. Please see my attached sketch and let me know what you think. I just can't believe a military aircraft would be hovering so low over my head. Shortly after I saw this thing, a military helicopter with guns on the side flew by. Please let me know if anyone else has shown you a sketch that looks like mine. I would appreciate your help.

Investigator's Notes: The witness has responded to my follow-up questions via the second report above.  She sent a sketch of the object that she saw.  The witness mentions that the craft resembles the rumored secret military aircraft the TR3-A Black Manta.  Another triangular shaped craft rumored to be tested by the military is the TR3-B Flying Triangle.  Could the sighting by the witness be one of these alleged secret military craft?  One would have to ask the question: Why the military would be testing these secret over a densely populated area during the daytime flying at low altitude?  That does not make sense.  Given these facts I am not sure what the witness (and her co-workers sighted).
