Description: The strange object seems to appear and hover over a ship in the harbor in Iceland in 2006.

Investigator's Notes: Unfortunately the witness who reported the sighting did not leave any contact information on the online report form. Therefore I cannot obtain any more information regarding the sighting. The witness made some edits to the original photo by enlarging the object and then pasting on the original photo. At first glance the object does seem unusual and I am not sure what it is. The resolution is not good enough to perform further analysis by extending the blowup of the object.
