The witness called and left a voice-mail message stating that he saw a green orb not far up in the sky. He apparently was driving when he experienced the sighting. The orb "came out of nowhere" and excecuted right angle turns.

Investigator's Notes: I have been unable to reach this witness to obtain more information about his sighting. I am not even sure that the sighting occurred on September 14, 2006. The witness implied that he had seen the orb on more than one occasion. No further study of this case can be made without more information.
