Date of Sighting: May 20, 2006
Time of Sighting: 10:30 PM PDT
Date Reported: May 30, 2006
Location of Sighting: Yucca Valley, California (See Map)
Latitude:  34.12 Degrees North
Longitude:  116.43 Degrees West

Number of Witnesses: Two
Number of Witnesses Interviewed: One
Weather: Clear Skies

Description (In Witness's Own Words): These photos were taken around 11:00 to 11:30. The object was glowing/blinking in colors of red, white and green changing colors each time it blinked out. The object didn't move from it's position in the sky. However, once we uploaded the photos to the computer it is very apparent that it is tilting up and down in some way. The object was seen for a few minutes before it blinked out and did not reappear.  I hope this helps. Thank you.

Investigator's Notes: This is the second series of photos that these same witnesses have taken of lights in this area. (See report for April 5, 2006 for information on previous photos.) I edited one of the photos that were sent. (A total of six photos were taken.) My analysis shows some "time exposure" which could have been caused by camera movement. The witness stated that the lights did not move and eventually "blinked out." We are still performing analysis of the photos. Updates will be posted. Another note is that UFO activity has a long history in this area. George Van Tassel was famous for holding UFO contactee groups in the "giant rock area" which is in Landers, California about 20 Miles Northwest of Yucca Valley. These meetings began in 1953 and continued until the early 1970s. (See recent article in the Riverside, California Press Interprise, May 10, 2006 - ADOBE PDF.)
