Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw two white balloons, flying side by side at a
low elevation, over downtown Los Angeles California, and thought
nothing of it. I then relocated them from the top of my six story
building, and saw a third one. Again I thought that it was a white
balloon, and noticed it was a windy clear day with clouds over the
mountains and the balloon where not moving in the direction of the
wind, then one of the balloons moved away from the other two which
you would think if the wind blew them, they would all blow in the
same direction. Suddenly the one by itself started coming toward
the other two and past them in the opposite direction. A few commercial
jet liners past right by them. I wonder if they saw something? They
disappeared in the distance. They were not Balloons in my opinion.
Investigator's Notes: The witness has not responded to my
follow-up questions. I had posed the question to the witness
if the apparent balloon like structures were rising. I need to
know to the answer to this question and other questions before
attempting to make an identification. This sighting lacks
information. Therefore no identification can be made.
